  • Prince Silver More Than Doubles Land Position at The Prince Silver Project

Prince Silver More Than Doubles Land Position at The Prince Silver Project

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA / ACCESS Newswire / January 20, 2026 / Prince Silver Corp. (CSE:PRNC)(OTCQB:PRNCF)(T130:Frankfurt) (“Prince Silver”or theCompany”) is pleased to announce that it has staked approximately 656 acresof new mineral claims directly along trend of its ongoing reverse circulation (“RC”) drill program. Recent assay results from this program include Hole PRC-27 which returned 9.2 metres (30 feet) grading 140 g/t Ag, 8.57% Mn, 1.48% Pb and 1.06% Zn, and Hole PRC-30 returned 7.6 metres (25 feet) grading 167 g/t Ag, 8.7% Mn and 1.14% Zn(see Company News Release dated January 13, 2026) at the Prince Silver Project in the Pioche Mining District of Lincoln County, Nevada.

Derek Iwanaka, CEO and Director of Prince Silver Corp., commented:

“Our decision to stake these additional claims was driven by our enhanced understanding of the geological system governing the Prince Project area, the strength and consistency of the mineralization encountered in our ongoing 9,000-metre RC drill program, and by our growing confidence in the scale of the mineralized system at the Prince Project. Securing this additional ground now ensures we control the majority of the prospective extensions of the Great Western Fault’s mineralized corridor as we continue drilling and advance the Project towards its first NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimate.”

The newly staked claims more than double Prince Silver’s previous land position and are located immediately north of the Prince Silver Project, along a controlling north-northwest-trending regional fault structure. This structure is interpreted to have acted as the primary conduit for acidic mineralizing fluids responsible for the Carbonate Replacement Deposit (“CRD”) mineralized horizons and vein systems currently being drilled by the Company. The additional claims enhance Prince Silver’s ability to evaluate extensions of CRD-style and structurally controlled vein mineralization identified to date over more than seven kilometres along the Great Western Fault corridor.

The Pioche Mining District is a prolific historical silver-producing region, with mineralization occurring within CRD systems and replacement zones hosted by favorable carbonate host rocks, typically localized along fault systems proximal to intrusive rocks. Historical mining at the Prince Mine focused primarily on high-grade fissure veins, leaving significant potential for broader, near-surface zones of mineralization amenable to modern exploration methods and potential open-pit mining.

The newly staked claims provide additional flexibility for future drill targeting, infrastructure placement, and longer-term project development planning as Prince Silver continues to define the size, continuity, and metal zonation of the regional mineral system. Additional assay results from the ongoing drill program will be released over the next three to four months, as they become available.

The map below shows the location of the newly staked claims relative to the existing Prince land package.

    PRC-30

    • 25 feet (7.62 metres) at 166.70 g/t Ag, 0.31 g/t Au,8.70% Mn, and 1.14% Zn;

      • including 15 feet (4.57 metres) at 248.17 g/t Ag, 0.52 g/t Au, 13.24% Mn, 0.96 % Pb and 1.55% Zn; and

    • 35 feet (10.67 metres) at 36.79 g/t Ag, 5.67 g/t Au, and 1.44% Zn;

      • including 25 feet (7.62 metres) at 51.50 g/t Ag, 7.73 g/t Au, and 1.99% Zn.

    * All drill holes reported in the press release were drilled at 90 degrees through gently dipping 10 to 20 degrees mineralized beds and the above reported intersections are not true width. True widths are estimated to be between 94% to 98.5% of intersected width (for dips of 20 and 10 degrees respectively).

The initial five drill holes are the first assay results received by the Company for its 2025 – 2026 exploration program planning up to 30 RC drill holes. Select results are highlighted above and significant mineral intercepts are presented in more detail in Table 1 below and the drill hole locations are presented in Figure 1 below.

To date, the company has completed 11 RC drill holes with the 12th drill hole initiated on January 9,2026. Samples from mineralized intercepts in drill holes PRC-31 to PRC-36 were delivered to the laboratory in mid-December and their assay results expected in early February 2026.

    Figure 1: Drill Hole Locations

Historic and current drilling has encountered multiple gently dipping mineralized beds within a carbonate replacement deposit (“CRD”) environment hosted by the Combined Minerals Bed and Pioche Shale rock formations. All mineralization encountered in the past and current drilling, is at depths shallower than 300 metres (1000 feet) and therefore, is potentially amenable to open pit mining, subject to further technical and economic evaluation.

Assay results from the first five drill holes, completed in late 2025, as outlined in the highlights above and Table 1 below, demonstrate strong mineralization with three strategic metals, silver, gold and manganese, along with associated base metals. The Company is highly encouraged by the continuity, thickness, and strength of sliver, gold and manganese mineralization encountered in these initial drill holes.

The Company has secured a second drill rig, which is expected to arrive on site mid-January, enabling increased drilling efficiency and an accelerated pace of exploration. The recently expanded drill program is designed to increase and upgrade historical mineralization and support an initial mineral resource estimate. The program is focused on near-surface mineralization and builds upon a substantial historical drill hole database.

Figure 2: Prince Project Location Map:

    *Exploration Target

Historical drilling at the Prince Project identified an exploration target (the “Exploration Target“) as outlined in an independent historic report prepared following JORC guidelines (JORC standards for the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves) by OmniGeoX Exploration Consultants of Perth, Australia, based on historical surface and underground drilling. The report is titled “Prince Project Exploration Target”, dated April 24, 2024, authored by Dr. Lachlan Rutherford and Michael Martin (OmniGeoX Exploration Consultants, 2024, Prince Project Exploration Target, Independent Report prepared for Prince Silver Corp.).

The Exploration Target was based on 129 historic drill holes drilled through mineralized carbonate replacement beds and host Pioche Shale up to 300 metres in depth. Mineralized polymetallic intersections based on historical block modelling suggest the immediate Exploration Target is between 25-43Mt with grades ranging from 1.44-1.57% Zn, 0.78-0.87% Pb, 0.28-0.40g/t Au, 37-40g/t Ag and 3.62-4.30% Mn.

More comprehensive details on the Exploration Target and historic production are also available in the Company’s press release dated February 27, 2025, available on the Company’s web site and at SEDAR+.

    * Readers are cautioned that the Exploration Target is not an “inferred”, “indicated” or “measured” mineral resource compliant with National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101”). The Exploration Target has been determined based upon 129 historic drill holes totaling 16,606 metres, historic production records including mine level plans and 3D modelling of mineralization and geology. The potential quantity and grade of the Exploration Target is conceptual in nature. There has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource and, it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the Exploration Target being delineated as a mineral resource.

Hole intervals marked with “avg” are the average grades of either one or two duplicated of the sample interval.

    Quality Assurance / Quality Control

The company is following a robust Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) program designed to meet or exceed CIM and AUSIMM standards. Duplicate samples are extensively used to provide verification both at the primary analytical laboratory and at a second independent laboratory as the program progresses. In addition, a certified field standard is inserted for each drill hole set, and sample blanks are randomly included, with no more than one per hole.

All samples are shipped to the laboratory under secure, standard chain-of-custody procedures. Samples are analyzed using 43-element MS-ICP with aqua regia digestion. Samples exceeding limits for Mn, Zn, or Pb are further tested using wet chemical assays. Most samples are also fire assayed for gold and silver using a one-assay-ton gravimetric method, and an average of four samples per hole will have specific gravity measurements conducted at the laboratory.

The principal analytical laboratory for the program is Skyline Assayers & Laboratories Inc., located in Tucson, Arizona, an ISO-accredited facility.

  • Prince Silver Provides Corporate Update and Outlook for 2026

Prince Silver Provides Corporate Update and Outlook for 2026

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESS Newswire / January 5, 2026 / Prince Silver Corp. (CSE:PRNC)(OTCQB:PRNCF)(Frankfurt:T130) (“Prince Silver”) or, theCompany, is pleased to provide a corporate update and outline its priorities and outlook for 2026 as the Company advances the Prince Silver Project in Lincoln County, Nevada, USA.

    Exploration Update

Prince Silver continues to advance its reverse circulation (“RC”) drilling program at the Prince Silver Project, which has recently been expanded by approximately 9,000 feet, now totalling a planned 30,000 feet (~9,100 meters). In addition, the Company has secured a second drill rig, which is expected to arrive on site mid January, allowing for increased drilling efficiency and an accelerated pace of exploration.

The expanded drill program is designed to increase and upgrade historical mineralization and support a potential initial mineral resource estimate. The program is focused on near-surface, open pit-able mineralization and builds upon a substantial historical drill database.

Drilling remains ongoing; however, the Company advises that the first batch of drill results has been delayed as a significant number of drill samples exceeded the upper detection limits in the initial analysis method for Manganese, requiring over-limit manganese re-analysis. The Company has been advised by its laboratory assayer that the complete analytical results are expected to be received mid January 2026.

Results from the overall drilling campaign are expected to play a key role in shaping the Company’s exploration and technical objectives, including a maiden mineral resource estimate in 2026.

Derek Iwanaka, Company CEO and Director commented, “We are encouraged by early indications from the drill program, including numerous manganese assay values that exceeded the limits of the initial analytical methods requiring overlimit assay. As we continue to advance drilling and expand the program, our priority remains on delivering reliable results and building a robust technical foundation for the Prince Silver Project.”

    Strong Cash Position

As disclosed in the Company’s most recently filed financial statements, Prince Silver reported a cash position of approximately C$5 million as of October 31, 2025. This strong treasury provides the Company with the financial flexibility to execute its ongoing exploration programs, advance technical work, and support planned marketing and investor outreach initiatives through 2026. Management believes the Company is well funded to achieve its near-term milestones without the need for immediate additional financing.

    2026 Marketing and Investor Outreach

Prince Silver has developed an active marketing and investor engagement schedule for the first three month of 2026, aimed at increasing market awareness and communicating exploration progress to the investment community. Planned appearances include:

Vancouver Metals Investor Forum – January 23-24, 2026
    World Outlook Conference – February 6-7, 2026
    Toronto Metals Investor Forum – February 27- 28, 2026
Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) Convention – March 1-4, 2026

Management believes these events offer significant opportunities to engage directly with investors, analysts, investment bankers, and industry participants. With upcoming drilling results expected mid to late January, interest in the Company is anticipated to increase – especially given that gold, silver, and manganese have been officially designated by the US government as strategic metals. This designation, combined with historically high prices for gold and silver, positions the Company at the forefront of strategic resource development in the USA.

    Outlook

With a solid treasury, an expanded and accelerating drill program, and a focused marketing strategy, Prince Silver enters 2026 well positioned to advance the Prince Silver Project and create value for shareholders. The Company looks forward to providing regular updates as analytical results are received and exploration activities continue.

Furthermore, the Company will increase the planned drill program from 21,000 feet (~6,400 metres) to over 30,000 feet (~9,100 metres) and accelerate drilling with the addition of a second RC drill rig next month.

Current drilling is focused on evaluating near-surface (less than 300 metres) carbonate replacement (“CRD”) silver-gold-manganese and base-metal mineralization, as well as sediment-hosted gold-silver zones, along a 3,500-foot (~1,070-metre) structural corridor ranging from 600 to 1,200 feet (~180-360 metres) in width. Mineralization at the Project remains open in all directions within shallow, gently dipping mineralized zones that present potential for open-pit mining.

The first batch of assays for the ten completed drill holes is expected in January 2026. Results will provide important insight into the scale and continuity of mineralization across the Exploration Target (as defined below) and the broader mineralized system, and to help guide subsequent phases of drilling with the objective of incorporating new data into an initial NI 43-101-compliant mineral resource estimate.

“The alteration encountered in the drill holes reinforce our confidence in the Prince Silver Mine Project and support our decision to expand and accelerate drilling,” said Derek Iwanaka, CEO of Prince Silver Corp. “With a second drill rig coming on site and assays pending, we are well positioned to advance the Project toward a maiden mineral resource while continuing to test the broader mineralized system.”

    Exploration Target

Historical drilling at the Project identified an exploration target (the “Exploration Target”) outlined in an independent historical report prepared in accordance with JORC guidelines by OmniGeoX Exploration Consultants of Perth, Australia. The report, titled “Prince Project Exploration Target” (dated April 24, 2024), was authored by Dr. Lachlan Rutherford and Michael Martin (OmniGeoX Exploration Consultants, 2024, Independent Report prepared for Prince Silver Corp.).

The Exploration Target is based on 129 historic drill holes testing mineralized carbonate replacement beds and host Pioche Shale to depths of up to 300 metres. Historical block modelling of polymetallic mineralization suggests the immediate Exploration Target ranges from approximately 25-43 million tonnes with grades of 1.44-1.57% Zn, 0.78-0.87% Pb, 0.28-0.40 g/t Au, 37-40 g/t Ag, and 3.62-4.30% Mn. Dr. Rutherford and Mr. Martin are Competent Persons as defined under the 2012 Edition of the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (JORC Code).

Additional details on the Exploration Target and historic production are available in the Company’s press release dated February 27, 2025, filed on SEDAR+ (Prince Silver Corp., 2025, Historic Drilling and Production Summary).

Readers are cautioned that the Exploration Target is not a mineral resource as defined under National Instrument 43-101. The Exploration Target is conceptual in nature and based on historic drilling totaling 16,606 metres, historic production records, mine level plans, and 3D geological modelling. There has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource, and it is uncertain whether further exploration will result in the delineation of a mineral resource.

Prince Silver Provides Update on 2025 Drilling Program at the Prince Project, Nevada

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESS Newswire / November 26, 2025 / Prince Silver Corp. (CSE:PRNC)(OTCQB:PRNCF)(T130: Frankfurt)(“Prince Silver” or the “Company) is pleased to provide the following progress update on its 2025 reverse-circulation (“RC”) drilling campaign at the Prince Silver Project (the “Prince Project” or the “Project”) in Lincoln County, Nevada, located approximately three kilometres southwest of the historic mining town of Pioche (See Figure 1 for location). The program is advancing well, with eight RC drill holes now completed and the first set of assay results expected in early 2026.

Advancing the Largest Modern Drill Program at Prince
The fully funded 2025 drill program comprises approximately 30 planned RC holes totaling 21,000 feet (6,500 metres). Current drilling is focused on evaluating near-surface (less than 300 metres), carbonate replacement (CRD) silver-gold-manganese and base metal mineralization, and sediment-hosted gold-silver zones along a 3,500-foot (~1,070 metres) structural corridor that ranges in width from 600 to 1,200 feet (~180-360 metres). Mineralization at the Project remains open in all directions within shallow zones presenting open-pit mining potential.

The Pioche mining district is one of Nevada’s most well-known polymetallic camps, and historical records highlight the importance of the past producing Prince Mine within the camp. Previous production from the historic Prince Mine totaled 1.12 million tonnes grading 4.5% zinc, 100 grams per tonne (“g/t”) silver, 2.8% lead, and 0.5 g/t gold, (Gemmill, 1970), mined from underground high grade sulphide replacement zones within limestone and near-surface oxidized manganese-rich material.

Derek Iwanaka, Chief Executive Officer of Prince Silver Corp., commented:

“This is the largest modern drill program undertaken at the Prince Project since historical drilling in 2012, and thus far we are very encouraged by the geological indicators we are seeing across the completed holes. With independent laboratory assaying for six holes now underway, we anticipate entering an interesting period of news flow for the Company in the coming year. Results are expected to provide critical insight into the scale and continuity of mineralization across the “Exploration Target,” as defined below and, across the broader mineralized system helping to shape the next phase of drilling, with the objective of incorporating the new data into an initial 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimate. We believe Prince is just beginning to demonstrate its potential as a significant silver-gold-manganese (polymetallic) exploration asset in Nevada.”

Historical drilling at the Prince Project identified an exploration target (the “Exploration Target”) as outlined in an independent report prepared following JORC guidelines (JORC standards for the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves) by OmniGeoX Exploration Consultants of Perth, Australia, based on historical surface and underground drilling.

More comprehensive details on the Exploration Target and historic production are also available in the Company’s press release dated February 27, 2025, available on the Company’s web site and at SEDAR+ (Prince Silver Corp., 2025, Historic Drilling and Production Summary, News Release dated February 27, 2025, SEDAR+ Filing).

Readers are cautioned that the Exploration Target is not an “inferred”, “indicated” or “measured” mineral resource compliant with National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101”). The Exploration Target has been determined based upon 129 historic drill holes totaling 16,606 metres, historic production records including mine level plans and 3D modelling of mineralization and geology. The potential quantity and grade of the Exploration Target is conceptual in nature. There has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the Exploration Target being delineated as a mineral resource.

    2025 Drilling Progress
Previous drilling has documented substantial mineralized thicknesses at Prince, including CRD zones up to 370 feet (~112 metres) and sediment-hosted gold-silver mineralization up to 160 feet (~49 metres). The ongoing program is designed to infill drill to reduce drill spacing between historic drill holes testing known mineralized zones continuity and through step out drilling to test potential expansion of the known mineralized system using modern sampling, logging, and analytical procedures.

As of the date of this news release, the following RC holes have been completed to the following depths:

    PRC-26 – 955 ft (291 m)
    PRC-27 – 925 ft (282 m)
    PRC-28 – 920 ft (280 m)
    PRC-29 – 920 ft (280 m)
    PRC-30 – 890 ft (271 m)
    PRC-31 – 955 ft (291 m)
    PRC-32 – 945 ft (288 m)
    PRC-33 – 950 ft (289 m)

Continuous 5-foot (~1.5-metre) RC chip samples were collected from each hole, and all intervals were logged by a Company geologist under the supervision of a Registered Professional Geologist. Approximately 100 samples per hole were collected from mineralized zones for assaying, representing roughly 500 feet (~152 metres) of assayed drill cuttings. Samples selected for assaying were based on mineralization and alteration.

    Outlook:
With drilling and analytical work well underway, Prince Silver is expecting to enter a more news catalyst-rich period in 2026. The pending assay results represent the first major modern dataset generated at the Prince Project and are expected to refine geological models, guide follow-up targeting, and help evaluate extensions of both the CRD and sediment-hosted systems.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)
The QA/QC program has been designed to meet or exceed CIM and AUSIMM standards.

The principal analytical laboratory for the program is Skyline Assayers & Laboratories Inc., located in Tucson, Arizona. Skyline is an ISO-accredited facility.
